Stabb Ranches in Oregon includes three production facilities: 1) the Redmond farm which grows 400 acres of alfalfa and orchard grass; 2) the Adel ranch on 4,000 acres containing farming, cow-calf, and feedlot operations; and 3) the Brothers pasture containing 19,000 acres of deeded and BLM rangeland. Additionally, the Adel facility includes extensive BLM and Oregon State Land leases where cattle are summered. In 1992, Ed Stabb purchased a large portion of the adjoining MC Ranch which is used for growing alfalfa, grain, and grass hay crops. A new 900 head feedlot was constructed in 1995 where calves are backgrounded and fed.
